SHARE/SAVINGS ACCOUNTS

REGULAR SHARE

A minimum balance of $5.00 – along with a one-time entry fee of $5.00 – is needed to open a share/savings account.
No monthly maintenance fees.
Interest (dividends) earned on balances of $100 or more.
Regular Share/Savings account entitles member to use of the credit union’s full line of products and services.

CHRISTMAS CLUB

Enrollment begins October 1st of each year

No minimum deposit required.
Deposited any dollar amount at any time. Deposits can be made through payroll deduction.
Interest (dividends) paid at a variable rate on balances of $100 or more.

SUB SAVINGS ACCOUNT

Sub savings accounts can be opened for any purpose. You can save for vacation, taxes or just a rainy day. These sub accounts stay separate from your regular shares.

The Credit Union Difference

Credit unions are not-for-profit financial cooperatives. We exist to serve our members, not to make a profit. Unlike most other financial institutions, credit unions do not issue stock or pay dividends to outside stockholders. Instead, earnings are returned to our members in the form of lower loan rates, higher interest on deposits, and lower fees. Credit unions are economic democracy. Each credit union member has equal ownership and one vote -- regardless of how much money a member has on deposit. At a credit union, every customer is both a member and an owner. Each credit union is governed by a board of directors, elected by and from the credit union's membership. Board members serve voluntarily.

All Decisions are Made Locally

The members we service everyday with car loans, mortgages, home equity loans, credit cards or other lending products are actually shareholders of this company. All lending decisions are made right here in our main office by someone you know and trust. Our kids may go to school together or play on the same sports team.
